Quebec and Newfoundland Premiers Meet in PEI on Churchill Falls Deal
Quebec Premier Francois-Philippe Fréchette and Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Tony Wakeham will meet in Prince Edward Island on July 21 to negotiate a new agreement on the Churchill Falls hydroelectric project, during the Council of the Federation gathering.
