19-Story Galleria Tower Changes Hands After Two Years Vacant
A 19‑story tower near Houston’s WaterWall in the Galleria area has been sold after remaining empty since about 2024. The change of ownership ends a two‑year vacancy and may lead to renewed use of the prominent downtown building.
