Free Helmets and Ice Cream Boost Summer Bike Safety
The Safe Summer Program celebrated its 28th anniversary by distributing 5,000 free bike helmets and ice cream to children in Saratoga and Schenectady counties, with Senator Jim Tedisco participating to promote safe biking for the summer of 2026.
