Cape May Implements 8 p.m. Beach Curfew for Teens
Cape May’s town council and police department instituted an 8 p.m. beach curfew for anyone under 18, effective August 13, 2026, to enhance safety and evening peace. The ordinance will be enforced through increased patrols and community outreach.
